HOTEL POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Reservations with pre-paid rates and other limited exclusions will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation. To change your booking or for enquiries, please contact:

Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Additional cancellation policies:

  • Some exclusions may apply. May exclude periods with special event restrictions or peak demand weeks.
  • For individual reservations booked into a pre-existing group block, please refer to cancellation terms quoted at the time of reservation. For more information, please contact the group organiser or the hotel.
  • This policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events, or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organiser/hotel for more information.
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.

Guaranteed Reservation

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking, which equally must be presented for verification upon check-in. Please note, special event dates may have modified deposit and cancellation policies. These rate specific policies will be noted in the price breakdown & policies section. A government issued photo ID (passport for non-Thai residents) will be required at time of check-in. For credit card bookings, no deposit required to cover incidentals. For non-credit card guaranteed bookings,  THB 2,000 (cash) deposit will be required per day of stay.

Early Arrival / Late Departure / Early Departure

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon). Arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep? We’ll do our very best to accommodate your request based on availability – kindly let us know in advance. If unavailable, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. Late check-out fees may apply. If you check out or leave before your scheduled departure date, this will remain non-refundable.

Taxes & Fees

Room rates are subject to the following nightly fees:

  • Value Added Tax of 7% per night
  • Service Charge of 10% per night

Pet Policy

We regret to inform you that our hotel does not accommodate pets.

 

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms, except on outdoor balconies. Designated smoking areas are available in public areas, food and beverage outlets. In the event smoking occurs in a guest room, a cleaning fee of THB 2,500 will be charged per room, per night. Though the use of cannabis in Thailand is presently legalised for public areas, please refrain from smoking this whilst on our PRIVATE property.

Photo Policy

We love our spaces just as much as you do — and we’re so happy you’re excited to photograph and share! With that in mind, we ask you please respect our highly-designed spaces and the privacy of our hotel guests and visitors while taking any images.

  • Mobile phone / SLR camera photography is permitted with limitations:
  • No more than 5 minutes of dedicated photo taking please
  • Privacy and respect for hotel guests must be observed at all times.
  • Doors, hallways, passages, elevators, etc. may not be blocked for any reason.
  • Spaces must remain 100% intact – furniture, design elements, seating, etc. cannot be moved, rearranged, or stood on.
  • Respect for the working staff must be considered at all times
  • No professional shoots with camera crews / equipment unless authorized by the Boutique Hotel Management
