Pet Policy
- We allow dogs as pets, weighing less than 60 pounds (27 kilograms).
- Only two pets, with a combined weight less than 120 pounds (54 kilograms), are allowed in River View Pool Villa and River View Pool Villa Suite.
- Pet-friendly rooms are limited. The Pet Stay Service is exclusively provided for guests who book directly with the hotel. Please make your request at the time of reservation.
- While in the Hotel, each pet must be kept on a leash when not in the guest’s room with the exception of the designated pet lawn.
- Pets may not be left in guest rooms unattended and must be well-trained, as any disturbance of other guests may result in the removal of the pet(s) from the property.
- Pets are not allowed inside the swimming pools or any food service outlets.
- Feeding for the pets shall be provided by the pets’ owners.
- Owners are responsible for any property damage and personal injury their pet(s) may cause while in the Hotel.

In an unlikely case that your furry friends do not feel well, we are located only 15 minutes away from the Bangpain Animal Hospital.
