Additional cancellation policies:

• Some exclusions may apply. May exclude periods with special event restrictions or peak demand weeks.
• For individual reservations booked into a pre-existing group block, please refer to cancellation terms quoted at the time of reservation. For more information, please contact the group organiser or the hotel.
• This policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events, or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organiser/hotel for more information.
• Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking, which equally must be presented for verification upon check-in. Please note, special event dates may have modified deposit and cancellation policies. These rate-specific policies will be noted in the price breakdown & policies section. A government-issued photo ID (passport for non-Thai residents) will be required at the time of check-in. For credit card bookings, no deposit is required to cover incidentals. For non-credit card guaranteed bookings, a THB 2,000 (cash) deposit will be required per day of stay.

Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm (noon). Arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep? We’ll do our very best to accommodate your request based on availability – kindly let us know in advance. If unavailable, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely until you’re ready to move on. Late check-out fees may apply. If you check out or leave before your scheduled departure date, this will remain non-refundable.

Room rates are subject to the following nightly fees:

• Value Added Tax of 7.00% per night
• Service Charge of 10.00% per night
• Provincial Tax 1.00%

We regret to inform you that our hotel does not accommodate pets.

We love our spaces just as much as you do — and we’re so happy you’re excited to photograph and share! With that in mind, we ask you please respect our highly-designed spaces and the privacy of our hotel guests and visitors while taking any images.

• No more than 5 minutes of dedicated photo-taking, please.
• Privacy and respect for hotel guests must be observed at all times.
• Doors, hallways, passages, elevators, etc. may not be blocked for any reason.
• Spaces must remain 100% intact – furniture, design elements, seating, etc. cannot be moved, rearranged, or stood on.
• Respect for the working staff must be considered at all times.
• No professional shoots with camera crews/equipment unless authorised by the Resort Management.

Complimentary cribs can be provided upon request. As cribs are limited, please let us know at the time of booking.

Connecting rooms are available and vary according to room type. As connecting rooms are limited, please let us know your preferences at the time of booking.

While SALA Choengmon does not have a formal business center, we offer a range of services to meet your needs, including:

Free hotel parking is available as well as roadside parking, subject to availability.
